The tranquil and simple exquisite beauty of this area is peerless: verdant rolling countryside that still retains an unspoiled rural character.
Lake Trasimeno has untouched scenery and shimmering mirror lake with its glass like surface.
Villa Querceta has unending views of this colourful panorama of pastures, cultivated fields and rolling patchwork hills with silvery olive groves.
The pool (7x12 and 1, 60 to 2, 50 depth) is adjacent the house and offers a very large garden that is safe for children. There is a solar heating system for the pool, which maintains the water temperature between 23-30 degrees depending on the season and weather.
Inside large archways made of cotto brick and sturdy local stone separate the beautiful ample living areas, perfect for entertaining and fully furnished including comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace; a long table is perfect for dining 20 people or more and the large adjacent fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking courses.
Outside the loggia offers beautiful views across the romantic hills and is fully furnished, including, sun beds and tables for dining al fresco.
