Una vetrata che si apre nel soggiorno, conduce in cucina, ampia e luminosa e consente di soggiornarvi e di pranzare comodamente. La cucina ? attrezzata di molteplici elettrodomestici ed ? realizzata strutturalmente secondo la tradizione siciliana, cio? in muratura.
Sempre al piano terra vi ? il bagno con doccia e una camera da letto doppia.
