This truly luxury Villa in Chianti offers great views on the surroundings hills kept with olives trees and vineyards and is conveniently situated just 18 km Florence. Nearest village with shops and restaurant is just 2 km ( about 1 km via a dirt road). The village is also walking distance via a shorter dirt path, suitable during the daylight. The villa is capable of offering an holiday at a high standard. Outside features a beautiful large 15 mt pool ( opened from 1 may - 25 sept)fully equipped with all garden furnishings elegant sunbeds, umbrellas, barbecue, external showers including a panoramic stoned pergola for outside dining. Inside this charming villa has been recently restored with great care of details, and accurate choice of materials in respect of the tuscan tradition. You will be impressed from the Beautiful terracotta tiles, the stoned walls ( everywhere even in the bathrooms!) , beamed ceilings in a mixture of tuscan tradition with modern furnishings and comforts. The villa can be rented up to 10+4 persons in the main villa. On request available for rent is the annex that sleeps 2 in one comfortable suite ( see details in rental rates)

The main Villa Sleeps 10+4 in 5 bedrooms (of which 4 are air-conditioned)/6 bathrooms plus 2 sofa beds. The Annex: sleeps 2: living with sofa that access via steps to the mezzanine with double bed plus bathroom with shower.
Main Villa Inside: entrance - large dining room-
From the dining area access to a small kitchen.
On the opposite side of the dining room access to the living room with sofa bed for 2.
From the living room access to a bathroom with shower and to the fully equipped kitchen.
From the kitchen 5 steps lead to a double bedroom with fan and window screens and en suite bathroom with shower.
Study with double sofabed - bathroom with shower.
First floor: from the internal staircase access to a comfortable central living room with fireplace, TV - 1 master double bedroom ( twin on request) with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub - 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub - 2 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower. All of the upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The villa and the annex sleep totally: 12+4. Prices listed are for up to 10 guests renting the main villa. In addition in the main villa is possible to accomodate 4 people in 2 sofa beds. . Cost for additional guests accommodated on the two sofa beds is ?200 per person a week. In addition is possible to rent the dependence sleeps 2 ( euros 980 a week ).
WEEKLY PRICES include:
Linens (including pool towels; bed linens changed Wed & Sat, bath linens changed Mon, Wed, Sat), utilities (except heat and a/c), maid service 3 hrs/day Mon-Sat. Standard arrival dinner included, as well as basic grocery supplies. WEEKLY PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Heat and a/c metered; ?500/wk utility deposit due on arrival. Crib ?100/wk. Additional services (cooking, laundry, advanced grocery shopping, wine tastings, babysitting, bike rentals, car and driver) available on request. Internet access not included
