Villa Red Palm stands behind an ancient typical village of the west side shore of the Lake, in a leafy and exclusive hillside development which enjoys outstanding views right across the lake to the snowcapped mountains of the southern Alps.
An extremely charming villa full of atmsophere, set in a mature garden (about 1600 m2 ) of lawns, shrubs and olive trees, the villa has a very quiet location. A tennis court and bowls are available to hillside residents, whilst residents of Villa Red Palm have their own private pool (12m x 6m) with ample sun terraces and pool furniture.
At the front of the villa is a substantial veranda with delightful views over treetops and across the lake. Ample garden furniture is provided, including two relaxing, shady garden swings. A barbecue area is situated at the side of the house outside the kitchen where there is another pleasant terrace.
