The villa offers an extremely peaceful location, amongst the gentle rolling hills, just a 20 minute walk from the centre of the chic village Bellagio.
The beautiful pool with an unending view, (5x10 m), surrounded by olive groves and a striking garden with lovingly manicured lawn and colourful displays of copious varieties of flowers including red roses and lilac hydrangea, looks across the 2 branches of the Bellagio promontory, with a backdrop of the mountains ? an spectacular view.
Villa Belvedere is an outstanding property that has just been restored to the highest level with inviting interiors and stylish furnishings.
Accommodation is offered in 4 elegant suites with a total of 8 separate rooms and 5 bathrooms, all with showers.

On the lower ground floor there is a common spacious dining area for 16 people and a fully equipped modern kitchen. All modern comforts are provided: air-conditioning, satellite TV, wireless Internet access, safe, electronic safety key, launderette, private parking.
Nearest grocery shops are found just 500 mt. away in a nearby hamlet.
Maid and home cooked meals by local cook available upon request. Weddings are not allowed in the villa. Only dinners for small parties till 12 people are allowed.

| During our annual trip of three families, we decided to go back to Northern Italy. Having rented many villas over the past 12 years, we are usually more disappointed versus being pleasantly surprised. This facility was wonderful! It has recently been totally refurbished and the quality of the furnishings and appliances are first class.
It has extraordinary outside spaces. Every morning we would take coffee on the upper balcony overlooking Bellagio and the western edge of Lake Como. The view from the villa is spectacular. We had worked with the two sisters and they had prepared provisions so we could prepare our own breakfasts and they also arrange to have chef come in and prepare dinner for us each evening. The food was wonderful; I wish I could cook pasta like the chef Beniamino. We also spent time playing bocce and swimming in the beautiful pool that when you look out over Lake Como is like an infinity pool. We would finish off the evening watching the sun set sipping wonderful..We really enjoyed all of our time in Europe but the highlight was the time we spent in Bellagio. It was magical for us and I liked the owners so much! They are both such lovely women. The house was perfect, and the setting was unbelievably beautiful. Villa Bellagio was large enough to accommodate my big family quite comfortably, allowing space and a sense of privacy when needed. The kitchen was very well equipped which was important to me and we had perfect weather for enjoying the pool and gardens.

I would like to say a big thank you for everything that you have done in order for us to have a spectacular time in Bellagio with our clients. Everyone was in heaven, with spectacular views, a great villa, brilliant restaurants recommended by yourselves and excellent cycling. It is a very beautiful place and our itinerary all went well, the only thing was the Ghisallo was very difficult and during the race there were many of us (myself included) who thought of maybe stopping as we passed the villa on the way up the Ghisallo. However we completed the Ghisallo and it was very beautiful on a sunny and clear day to look back at the lake even though there was pain in the legs.
Thank you very much once again for all that you did to make our stay a fantastic one.
