This beautifully restored stone farmhouse with private pool is located in the gently rolling hills near the Tuscan seaside between Cercina and Volterra. This villa is in the middle of a large Tuscan estate that includes 600 hectares (1480 acres) of cultivated land and forests. This is an ideal location for relaxing with family and friends and visiting sites in the area. The seaside is only about 15 kilometers away.
