The villa is located only 45 km from the typical city of Alghero.

In front of the terrace is the garden and then a few steps lead down to the pool area, which is on a slightly different level to the rest of the garden.
There are sun loungers by the pool for making the most of the summer weather.
There is also a residence nearby (10-15 minutes walk) where there is a large pool with shallow end for children, a children's play area, a small supermarket and a bar.
The Le Saline beach in conservation area is roughly 2 km away and the beautiful La Pelosa beach, famed for its beautiful white sands and clear turquoise seas is just 8 km away.
A restaurant is about 10-15 minutes walk away otherwise there are many excellent ones in the village itself and along the coast down to La Pelosa beach. It is also worth a day trip to the nearby beautiful conservation parkland Isle of Asinara.
