This romantic Villa has an exclusive lakefront location: a private garden that slopes down to the lake and great lake view both from the living room, bedrooms and from the fantastic terraces. A unique villa with great charm and atmosphere. The villa has just been renewed with care of details and is equipped with modern furnishings and all comfort mixed with a few antique pieces. A large fully equipped kitchen that open into a panoramic terrace with plenty of space to relax and eating outside. The villa has also a good location mid way Como ( 10 km) and Bellagio (15 km) in proximity of the village Faggeto. The villa is situated in absolute quietness, waterfront, since the main road is about 150 mt up from the villa, reachable through a path partially kept with low steps . The villa is also easly reachable by boat. Upon arrival the housekeeper provides the service of transporting luggage. A transport service to the opposite side of the lake is also provided twice a day ( morning & late afternoon). Available to skilled sailers is included also a sailing boat, and kayaks .
