Beautiful villa only 800 mt from the centre of Cortona.
It has just been restored with great charm and care of details and is walking distance to the historic hill town of Cortona. The panoramic pool is located about 70 mt below the villa on a sunny terrace. A set of stone stairs takes you to the lower terrace where you will find the new swimming pool. Olive trees, cypress, and oak surround the terrace. The location of this property is ideal for those guests that like to move without car but like to stay in secluded and panoramic location in the top of a panoramic tuscan hill. Inside all comfort and 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The villa consists in 2 units: a main side and an annex reachable with 2 steps outisde. The garden area is comprised of a series of terraces; the area directly in front of the house is grassed and is planted with roses, geraniums, jasmine, oleander and herbs.
Housekeeper lives in the back of the villa with entrance out of view at guest disposal in case of need.
